Job Description:
A company is looking for a Health Plans Claims Educator.
Key Responsibilities
Develops and implements training programs and materials for Claims,
Medical Management, and Case Management staff
Maintains knowledge of regulations and provides guidance on claims
adjudication and compliance
Analyzes training needs and prepares training schedules and
reports
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Two years of training experience in an insurance and/or healthcare
environment
Three years of related experience in Case Management, Disease
Management, or claims types
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
Knowledge of medical terminology and coding (ICD-9, CPT-4)
