Required Qualifications and Education
3+ years of customer contact operations experience in healthcare,
healthcare technology, or Medicaid-related fields
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and software tools like
CxOne, Verint, and Avaya
Understanding of HIPAA requirements and a commitment to maintaining
confidentiality
Ability to navigate multiple screens efficiently while typing and
talking simultaneously
