Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Manager to shape
and execute its employee relations strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Build and implement the Employee Relations function, including
strategic roadmap and training
Conduct impartial investigations and maintain compliance with labor
laws across regions
Provide guidance to HR Business Partners and management on employee
relations issues
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in employee relations and internal
investigations
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
Psychology, or related field
Experience managing complex investigations and developing
remediation strategies
Project management experience in implementing employee relations
initiatives
Strong understanding of global employment laws and compliance
requirements
