Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team at ITEK Construction. As the Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through strategic selling, relationship management, and solution sales. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain customer relationships Create value propositions for potential clients Implement strategic selling techniques Manage channel sales and account development Develop and execute sales strategies Drive solution sales and relationship management Lead enterprise sales efforts Conduct prospecting and regional sales activities Develop market opportunities and close sales Forecast sales growth and manage sales pipeline Engage in C-level sales discussions Drive sales development and deliver compelling sales presentations Company Information: ITEK Construction is a full service commercial construction company.
