Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President, Clinical Operations
to lead a cross-region team in delivering quality projects and
managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and drive team performance to meet client and company
expectations
Ensure effective account management practices and act as an
escalation point for client concerns
Manage and develop staff performance while utilizing metrics to
drive productivity and resource allocation
Required Qualifications
Proven leadership experience with senior teams
Strong business and financial acumen
In-depth knowledge of clinical project management of global
clinical trials
Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline preferred; advanced
degree is a plus
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder and relationship
management
