Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Pro Onboarding to
enhance the onboarding experience for new service
professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify opportunities to improve the early tenure pro experience
and implement new service strategies
Lead and develop a high-performing team through changes in
structure and systems
Manage the pro onboarding rep team, ensuring continuous improvement
of processes and communication
Required Qualifications
2+ years in customer service management or sales management at a
high growth company
2+ years in strategy consulting or technology startups with a focus
on strategic initiatives
Experience with Salesforce and Looker
Proven ability to lead teams through significant changes
Experience managing remote agents or BPOs is a plus
