Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Complex Claim Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and evaluate general liability claims in a fast-paced remote
environment
Develop and execute litigation plans while managing lawsuits and
legal budgets
Analyze claim coverage and assess eligibility status of denied
claims
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience
Three years of claims handling experience with commercial and
multi-line knowledge
Ability to critically review claim files and make independent
decisions
Extensive knowledge of insurance and claims processes
Good organizational and time management skills
