A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Cycle Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate revenue enhancement initiatives and manage business operations
Align workforce and resource utilization while achieving departmental goals
Establish policies and procedures to monitor production, inventory, projects, and revenue

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Experience in a Director-level role within revenue cycle operations
Extensive leadership and people management experience in revenue cycle
Exceptional organizational skills to manage complex operational changes
Process-oriented with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
Ability to develop and implement operational metrics and benchmarks
