This position is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of corporate projects. • Lead the primary plan, design, development, and financial analysis for new projects.
• Manage multiple large, complex institutional programs/projects consisting of multiple initiatives from original concept through final implementation.
• Lead project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and vendor management, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and people management for all assigned projects to ensure expected results and positive outcomes for the organization.
• Lead teams in project execution and ensure the team members meet or exceed expectations.
• Collaborate effectively with others across a broad spectrum of managerial, administrative, and professional staff to ensure successful planning and implementation of changes across multiple entities.
• Communicate regular status updates regarding project status, complex problems, or possible timeline issues, along with recommended actions for correction to all project stakeholders, including the Senior Leadership Team.
• Manage project budget by confirming accuracy of invoices, analyzing variances, and resolving with vendor as required.
• Build, develop, and grow strong business relationships internally and externally for the success of the project and project management.
• Develop a trusted adviser relationship with project sponsors and key stakeholders through consistent communication, delivering on commitments and facilitating positive project outcomes.Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or related field required, or equivalent experience.
  • Five (5) or more years' experience in planning, execution, and management of projects or equivalent is required.
  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) required.Preferred Qualifications
    • Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification preferred.
    • Project Management experience working in the Financial Industry preferred.
