About The Role:

As a CBRE Client Consulting Sr. Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic insights and data-driven recommendations among projects related to Management Consulting, Ambulatory Network Planning, or Transition and Activation Services.

This job is part of the Client Consulting function. They are responsible for Advisory services in relation to real estate operations and investments.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with a dedicated preceptor to gain practical experience in healthcare consulting.
  • Assist with research projects, attend team meetings, and contribute to the creation of presentations and resources utilized by various service lines.
  • Work with internal and external teams on special projects and requests.
  • Participate in company networking events, workshops, and online seminars.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
  • Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Aid in the planning of healthcare facility transitions and activations. Assist with project management tasks, stakeholder coordination, and the development of resources to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to patient care.
  • Contribute to the planning and optimization of outpatient care networks. Help analyze patient demographics, service utilization, and geographic distribution to inform network expansion and resource allocation.
  • Support the analysis of healthcare operations and strategic planning. Assist in developing resources to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance patient care.

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
    • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
    • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
    • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
    • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
