Super Radiator Coils, a leading manufacturer of heat transfer equipment, is looking for Shop Supervisors to join their team in Richmond, VA.

If you have 2+ years of supervisory experience in an Industrial or Manufacturing setting, then this is a career opportunity you need to explore!

This is a 2 nd shift opportunity.

  • Ensure a safe work environment for all operators.
  • Identify root cause of safety issues, develop and implement corrective actions.
  • Produce finished goods per SRC quality standards.
  • Investigate quality trends and implement change to prevent future issues.
  • Ensure production schedule is met by identifying needs & procuring help, anticipating challenges, and adjusting to achieve success.
  • Eliminate waste and continuously improve production processes to meet increasing demand by improving productivity.
  • Use our IDP (individual development plan) to develop leads and operators to improve employee engagement, career development, and job satisfaction.
  • Ability to take on other duties or assist in other departments as department needs change.
  • Ability to provide clear expectations to employees and manage outcomes using praises and redirects.
  • Clean area to 5S standards
