Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workday Business Analyst/Project
Manager to support Workday initiatives and manage project
requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Support Agile and large-scale Workday initiatives, ensuring timely
resolution and effective communication among teams
Gather business, functional, and technical requirements for Workday
modules and assist in User Acceptance Testing
Coordinate training and communication efforts related to HR/Finance
Workday system changes and develop change management strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR/Finance
information system management
Minimum 2 years in a training, communications, or change management
role
Workday experience preferred
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage
multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work independently and produce high-quality solutions in
a fast-paced environment
