V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Business Analyst 4 for our premier client North Chesterfield, Virginia.



Knowledge, Skills and Abilities -

Organizational change management; customer relations skills; good verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage several projects simultaneously; and proficiency with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook).
Advanced computer skills are required that aligns

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:

Research state laws, policies and processes, in partnership with VSP legal staff, management and staff to ensure that staff and persons eligible to receive VSP services are accurately informed.

Lead the implementation of policies, processes and computer systems.

Plan, coordinate and conduct communications with customers and other stakeholders as part of a larger effort to improve customer services and to roll out new VSP services.
Plan and coordinate the creation of public websites and other media, in partnership with VSP public relations staff, to inform the public about VSP services.
Perform other duties as assigned.
