Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Development Sales Manager to
lead a team of outbound Business Development Representatives in a
high-velocity sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support BDRs in managing their pipelines and achieving monthly
targets
Monitor key performance metrics to ensure team quota is exceeded
and provide coaching opportunities
Hire, coach, and develop BDRs to create a high-performing team
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
At least 2 years of experience as a BDR or Inside Sales
Representative, including phone-based cold calling
At least 2 years of experience managing a sales team of at least 6
representatives
Experience in high-velocity sales, SaaS for SMBs, and startups is
preferred
Demonstrated ability to use data for effective pipeline
management
Proficiency with CRM software and customer engagement tools
