This position leads and manages the overall operations of the newly-aligned Applications Integration unit - which consists of College Information Systems (PeopleSoft ERP) and Enterprise Application Development (custom applications).Duties and Tasks:

• Strategic leadership and oversight of assigned units
• Creating a culture of collaboration and customer service accountability
• Resource planning and management
• Coordination of projects and initiatives
• Data analysis and reporting
• Business process improvement
• Serve as a member of the division's senior leadership team.Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience managing technical personnel including programmers, business analysts, and database administrators.
  • Experience with management analysis, program management, computer systems analysis, enterprise applications management, relational database management, enterprise architecture, or other related disciplines at the enterprise level.Required KSAs:
    • Ability to apply strategic thinking and demonstrate understanding of requirements to execute.
    • Ability to communicate with all organizational levels, including senior management and technical personnel.
    • Ability to drive and implement change across assigned units and/or organization.
    • Ability to evaluate existing business processes for improving use of technology.
    • Ability to make decisions guided by policies and procedures, strategic plans, and/or operational needs with limited guidance.
    • Ability to manage projects and determine priorities.
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Demonstrated skills in problem resolution, data collection, and decision-making.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Highly organized.
    • Skilled in the use of computer software, including MS Office Suite, M365, and other OTS software.
    • Strong IT skills, especially in enterprise applications.Additional Considerations:
      • Experience at the IT deputy director level.
      • Experience leading and managing enterprise applications.
      • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for systems analysis and design, programming, database development and administration, and systems documentation techniques.
