Description:The Director of Enterprise Applications Integrations is
a senior-level leadership position that provides direct support to
the Deputy CIO and Director of College Computing. This position
leads and manages the overall operations of the newly-aligned
Applications Integration unit - which consists of College
Information Systems (PeopleSoft ERP) and Enterprise Application
Development (custom applications).Duties and Tasks:
- Strategic leadership and oversight of assigned units
- Creating a culture of collaboration and customer service
accountability
- Resource planning and management
- Coordination of projects and initiatives
- Data analysis and reporting
- Business process improvement
- Serve as a member of the division's senior leadership
team.Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience managing technical personnel including programmers,
business analysts, and database administrators.
- Experience with management analysis, program management,
computer systems analysis, enterprise applications management,
relational database management, enterprise architecture, or other
related disciplines at the enterprise level.Required KSAs:
- Ability to apply strategic thinking and demonstrate
understanding of requirements to execute.
- Ability to communicate with all organizational levels,
including senior management and technical personnel.
- Ability to drive and implement change across assigned units
and/or organization.
- Ability to evaluate existing business processes for improving
use of technology.
- Ability to make decisions guided by policies and procedures,
strategic plans, and/or operational needs with limited
guidance.
- Ability to manage projects and determine priorities.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team
environment.
- Demonstrated skills in problem resolution, data collection, and
decision-making.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
skills.
- Highly organized.
- Skilled in the use of computer software, including MS Office
Suite, M365, and other OTS software.
- Strong IT skills, especially in enterprise
applications.Additional Considerations:
- Experience at the IT deputy director level.
- Experience leading and managing enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for systems
analysis and design, programming, database development and
administration, and systems documentation techniques.
- Experience developing business architecture strategies for
business units based on technical knowledge and situational
awareness of current operating environment and emerging business
