Job Overview:Graham Technologies is seeking a skilled Sr. Change Management Specialist at our customer site in Washington, DC. This role involves leading efforts to design, implement, and manage change management strategies, policies, and frameworks that align with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in schedule management, policy development, and process improvement while working in high-security environments.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies, policies, and frameworks to drive organizational transformation.
  • Oversee and manage change initiatives, ensuring alignment with schedule management best practices and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address process gaps, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead the development and documentation of policies, processes, and procedures that align with industry standards and mission-critical objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on change management methodologies to ensure successful adoption and integration of new initiatives.
  • Track and report on change management activities, ensuring adherence to established frameworks and timelines.
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and stakeholder engagements to build organizational readiness and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Monitor and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives, providing solutions to overcome resistance or challenges.Qualifications:Required:
    • Clearance: Must possess an active Q clearance or TS/SCI.
    • Experience: Minimum of five (5) years in change management, policy development, and process improvement.Skills:
      • Demonstrated expertise in schedule management, with the ability to align initiatives to organizational priorities and timelines.
      • Strong background in developing and implementing organizational policies, processes, and frameworks.
      • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
      • Proven ability to lead change initiatives in high-security environments or government agencies.
      • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Preferred:
        • Advanced certifications such as Change Management Certification, PMP, or similar.
        • Experience working within highly secure federal agencies.
        • Master's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
