This position typically balances the budget, keeps track of supplies, collaborates with subcontractors, and ensures all regulations are met and permits acquired.All resumes should be sent to recruit@mjengineers.com.Responsibilities

• Oversees the construction project.
• Manages the budget and estimates costs.
• Collaborates with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and key team members of the project team.
• Allocates and manages resources to ensure that they are available when needed throughout construction projects.
• Conducts site checks to monitor progress and quality standards.
• Supervises the work of field employees and gives them guidance when needed.
• Evaluates progress and prepares detailed reports.
• Ensures adherence to all health and safety standards, in addition to all relevant building and safety codes, and reports issues.
• Manages construction schedule and activities.
• Coordinates efforts across the entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Performs other related duties as required or assigned.Qualifications
  • Undergraduate or Master's Degree in Engineering, Planning, or Economics (or similar).
