Industrial Maintenance

FULL-TIME

$28/hr

Pay is $22-$35 depending on experience. After 12 months you are eligible for annual performance bonus based on company performance.

Under general supervision, perform maintenance duties that including but not limited repairing production equipment and systems.

JOB FUNCTIONS

Participate and maintain work; performs basic repair of production equipment

Lubricates equipment; operates hand and power tools.

Collaborate and assist maintenance technicians on preventative maintenance tasks of equipment, buildings, and
property.

Maintains proper inventory levels

Inspects mechanical equipment to troubleshoot problems or concerns, disassembles machines and repairs or replaces
worn or broken parts.

Observe and test system operation, using gauges and instruments

Other duties as assigned

Schedule

Shift start:
Shift length: 8 hours
rotating shifts, including overnight, weekend

  • Must be at least 18+ years old MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Basic understanding and knowledge of mechanics Ability to use computer and learn new operating systems. Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, present a professional demeanor and work well independently and within a team environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS HS Diploma, GED or equivalent Technical certification in Industrial Maintenance or other related field Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem resolution skills Associated topics: automotive, diagnose, equipment, machine repair, maintenance mechanic, maintenance technician, mechanical, millwright, repair, troubleshoot
