Position Details:
Title: Director of Engineering
Location: Petersburg, VA
Shift: Day Shift
Compensation: $135,000 to $150,000

Travel: 2x a quarter to other sites mainly onsite

Position Description:
Director of Engineering: Responsible for overseeing engineering maintenance for four locations including safety, budget control. This is an executive level position where you will be talking directly with other executive level employees including the CEO on a daily basis. Oversee the daily operations of four plants with occasional travel to each plant.

Position Details:
Title: Head Plant Engineer
Location: Petersburg, VA
Shift: Day Shift and on call
Compensation: $80,000 to $85,000

Position Description:
Oversee plant operations safety and maintenance of plant equipment. Oversee the hiring, supervision and daily operations of 8 to 10 maintenance technicians. Responsible for Plant preventive maintenance operations, safety, unscheduled/scheduled maintenance.

Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Petersburg, VA
Shift: 1st and 2nd shifts available, Overtime as needed
Compensation: $25.00 to $30.00

Position Description:
Oversee the daily maintenance of facility maintenance. Resolve on the spot issues with facility systems to minimize system downtime. Preform routine, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of assigned equipment
