• HOURS - Day Shifts from 6am to 6pm (two week rotation) to cover the operation.
  
• PAY - $30-$32 per hour and a 4% Annual Bonus

  • Job Description
    
    The Production Plant Technician has the responsibility for the operation and control of equipment used in air separation, vacuum swing absorption and carbon dioxide plants.; also, accountability for the care and maintenance of plant mechanical, instrumentation and electrical devices and equipment. The position will provide support to various types of processing plants in order to support startups, training and leave coverage for normal production technicians.

    Required Qualifications
    
    • High school diploma
    • 2 - 3 years of industrial plant / cryogenic plant experience.
    • Understanding of control valve functions and systems used to control flows & pressures on industrial tanks
    • Experience troubleshooting equipment in a plant environment.
    • Must be able to understand Google applications. Computer literate.
      
      Preferred Qualifications
      
      • Air Separation Plant or related industrial experience is a plus.
      • Cryogenics Operations - Natural Gas is a plus.
      • Water Treatment - understanding the water treatment principles and equipment is a plus.
      • Refrigeration - A basic understanding of refrigeration systems is a plus
      • Air Separation - A basic understanding of air separation and associated technologies is a plus.
      • Electrical/ Instrumentation background is a plus.
      • Experience with SAP
      • Knowledge of Continuous improvement process preferred (EX: 6 Sigma)
        
        OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
        
        • Must be able to work overtime and off shifts when requested.
          
        • Must be able to share on-call responsibilities to facilitate uninterrupted plant operation.
          
        • Must have the ability to work alone, weekends, and holidays.
          
        • TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Occasionally.
