Job Description:
A company is looking for a Semiconductor Support Technician to
provide technical support for semiconductor products.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for customers on semiconductor products
via phone and email
Utilize support systems and technical knowledge to resolve customer
issues remotely
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and collaborate
with multiple teams
Required Qualifications and Education
AAS degree in Electronics
Detailed understanding of schematics and datasheets for
semiconductor devices
Minimum of 2+ years' experience in technical customer service,
preferably in the semiconductor industry
Experience in a customer support call center environment is a
plus
Equivalent work experience or related training may be
considered
