Job Title: User Experience Designer

Location: Hybrid in Vienna, VA
Position Type: Multiyear Contract
Qualifications
--- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or
equivalent experience.
--- 5+ years of experience in UX or Product Design, preferably in a
large-scale or regulated environment.
--- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of user-centered design
projects with clear problem-solving and impact.
--- Proficiency in Figma or XD.
--- Working knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design
best practices.
--- Experience with Agile or Scrum workflows.
--- Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling
skills.
Preferred Qualifications
--- Familiarity with ECRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and
their role in customer engagement and service.
--- Experience designing for financial services, enterprise
systems, or high-volume transactional interfaces.
