Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Property and Casualty
Underwriter.
Key Responsibilities
Underwrites new and renewal property and casualty business,
analyzing policy forms and documentation
Evaluates risks to determine acceptance, modification, or decline
of coverage based on various factors
Maintains broker relationships and manages production activities to
ensure timely and quality service
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Risk Management, Actuarial,
Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in Property and Casualty Underwriting
Must meet minimum requirements for state P&C and/or surplus
line licenses
Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation is a
plus
