Job Description:
The LEGO Group is building a 1.7 million-square-foot precision
production facility just south of Richmond in Chesterfield,
Virginia. Over the next few years, we'll be hiring 1,761 people in
a range of professional and production positions. The people who

organization. Job Description We collaborate in the production of
Pre-Pack (PPK) in a safe environment with the highest quality
standards, developing our human talent, fulfilling and satisfying
the needs of our customers, the builders of tomorrow.
Prepack Machine Operator exists because it is a key position to
keep production lines working, supporting with machine cleaning,
proactive detection of safety and quality issues and timely
escalating any issue to the area leaders to receive the proper
support. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for keeping the equipment, materials and tools in good conditions as well as the good disposition to perform adequately each position that involves the correct line operation, following the Safety and Quality standards and contribuiting to comply with the expected output of the prepack lines.
- Responsible of the usage of the Bag maker equipment, including but not limited to foil assembly, change and adjustment, temperatures set up, funnel change, cleaning equipment, sensors adjustment and all activities related to printer if applicable.
- Responsible of the line scales and all activities related to this equipment before and after change over.
- Responsible to correct errors/rejects coming from the scales.
- Usage of EasyHMI during a change over and during the production order.
- Responsible for troubleshooting machine issues and apply
escalation process if needed. Other job duties as assigned by Team
Leads, Supervisor, Manager. Qualifications:
- Completed Materialist and support to change over training (Internal).
- Good understanding and working knowledge of counting machine, material handling, manual table, production/line documentation, and process escalation (Internal).
- Completed all training and process confirmation requirements for Level 1 on the job training verified by LVA training department (Internal).
- Demonstrable experience working at least 1 year with Production
machinery, HMI and PC. Job Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED preferred.
- Prefers 6 months-2 years or more experience working in a Production environment and working in high-volume, fast-paced production lines.
- Continuous standing and walking
- Turning body side-to-side
- Lifting product up to 33 lbs.
- Grabbing/Pinching
- Reach away from your body.
- Bending/ squatting
- 18 years of age.
- Must be willing and able to work 12 hour shift. The LEGO Group
