Job Description:

A company is looking for a Licensing Specialist II to manage its Licensing Portfolio and ensure compliance with state regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Establish onboarding requirements for patients based on state licensing regulations
Manage licensing portfolio, including timely renewals and documentation updates
Identify process improvement opportunities and support external audit activities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree required
3+ years of HME/licensing experience
Experience with DMEPOS/MFG licensing and insurance credentialing
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Knowledge of CMS systems and compliance auditing
