A company is looking for a Credits Operations Lead to oversee
credit resolution and workflow management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily credit encounters to resolution
Review refunds for approval or denial
Analyze data sets to identify trends and drive results
Required Qualifications
Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and
Outlook
Medicare experience is a plus
Good project management skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced
environment
Demonstrates strong leadership qualities
