Business Development Executive to drive lead generation and
pipeline development. This role focuses on engaging executives and
decision-makers in commercial real estate, industrial, healthcare,
and/or multi-family organizations.If you're a self-starter who's
comfortable reaching out to C-level prospects, enjoys building a
robust pipeline through high-touch activities, and works well
within a collaborative environment-this position is for you. We
prioritize candidates with previous DAS/in-building wireless
connectivity experience or established connections in the
commercial real estate or enterprise verticals.Key
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a strong early-stage pipeline by
consistently reaching out to high-value prospects.
- Conduct targeted outreach (phone calls, emails, social
networking) to meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity
goals.
- Research potential clients to understand business needs and
customize outreach to highlight Airtower's solutions.Executive
Outreach & Stakeholder Engagement
- Communicate confidently and professionally with C-suite and
senior-level stakeholders to introduce Airtower's offerings.
- Develop and maintain influential relationships with key
decision-makers across targeted accounts.
- Provide consultative follow-up to ensure ongoing engagement and
progression through the sales funnel.Collaboration & Territory
Alignment
- Work in close partnership with your assigned Sales Director to
align all activities and campaigns with territory goals.
- Design inbound and outbound marketing strategies with the Sales
Director, ensuring mutual benefit and full coverage of the assigned
territory.
- Share insights and feedback to refine targeting, messaging, and
product positioning as you generate leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute effective
lead generation campaigns (emails, webinars, events, etc.).
- Track and nurture leads through regular touchpoints, moving
them from initial contact to qualification.
- Provide consistent updates on lead status, KPIs, and pipeline
health to both management and the broader sales team by keeping the
CRM constantly updated.Relationship Building & Customer Care
- Foster strong, long-term relationships by understanding client
pain points and offering value-driven solutions.
- Act as a trusted resource and point of contact for prospects
throughout the engagement process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Airtower's products, services,
and industry best practices to better serve
customers.QualificationsExperience
- Preferred: 2+ years in a sales or lead generation role
targeting commercial real estate, industrial, healthcare, and/or
multi-family verticals.
- Preferred: Experience with DAS/in-building wireless
connectivity solutions.
- Minimum 1 year of proven success in B2B sales or lead
generation, ideally in the wireless infrastructure industry.Skills
& Expertise
- Demonstrated success in building robust early-stage pipelines
through high-volume outreach.
- Confident in engaging C-level executives and senior
stakeholders in meaningful, consultative discussions.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced
environment.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and
experience maximizing pipeline efficiency.Work Style & Attributes
