Job Description:

Position OverviewThe Associate, Talent Acquisition, People and Culture is responsible for providing a range of administrative support to the People and Culture team's full-cycle talent acquisition workstream. They will also gather, track, and maintain data related to the long-term health of UNF's talent pipeline while providing meaningful support to colleagues on the People and Culture team.This position is based in Washington, DC (Hybrid schedule).Essential Functions

  • Execute and track full-cycle recruitment administrative tasks for all positions
  • Effectively identify, screen, and assess talent for members of the Talent Acquisition team and other hiring managers
  • Coordinate candidate interview scheduling and reference check calls
  • Initiate background screening for all final candidates
  • Coordinate with colleagues on the People & Culture team to ensure a seamless transition from the talent search process to onboarding and orientation
  • Assist with providing updates to hiring managers with pool building updates and important reminders related to talent acquisition
  • Coordinate college and university recruitment activity schedules with supervision from the Director, Talent Acquisition
  • Build and maintain an intern alumni database for future candidate pools
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of UNF's applicant tracking system and other talent acquisition-related platforms
  • Maintain the Talent Acquisition intranet page with useful resources and reminders
  • Other duties as assignedSelection Criteria
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated excellence working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle many projects at once is a must
  • Strong professional interpersonal skills and diplomacy
  • Ability to work independently as well as member of a team
  • Ability to take initiative
