Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Lead to support
the office of the Corporate Vice President for US Commercial
Industries.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively plan Corporate Vice President engagement with customers
and partners
Run an effective triage process for customer engagement requests
and manage escalations
Coordinate customer and partner visits, ensuring productive
outcomes and appropriate support
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance,
Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years of relevant
experience
6+ years of experience in Near Term Strategy, Management
Consulting, Sales, or Finance
OR equivalent experience
Additional qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's Degree
in relevant fields with extensive experience in marketing,
strategy, or sales
Experience in program management, project management, or business
planning is preferred
