American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE) is looking to fill up the 14 new postdoctoral positions within next six months within the Innovative Postdoctoral Entrepreneurial Research Fellowship (IPERF) program at high-tech startups distributed throughout the United States. IPERF addresses a national need to accelerate the small business innovation research by providing start-ups with doctoral level expertise in STEM while training the postdocs in high-tech entrepreneurship. Over 200 host companies, distributed throughout the US, are NSF approved startups. Women, underrepresented minorities in the sciences & engineering are highly encouraged to apply.

Fellows serve a one-year appointment within a small business research enterprise funded by NSF. The IPERF Program offers a competitive package which includes a $78,000/year, full health care insurance, $3,600 relocation allowance, up to $3,000 professional development training allowance, and 20% of time devoted to such professional development. Remote jobs are possible.
