Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead of Instructional Design
Unit.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of instructional designers, organizing
workloads and delivering results
Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor team performance
Create learning solutions for external clients and support
corporate learning experiences
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Mid-/Senior-level ID role or
similar within L&D
At least 1 year of experience managing a team
Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design
models
Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to learn quickly
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
