A company is looking for a Lead Developer (.NET) to work

Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced analysis and programming for mainframe
modernization projects
Lead a team to enhance applications and resolve production
issues
Ensure development, testing, and delivery of online form
applications meet regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
8+ years of software development experience using .NET with C#
8+ years of .NET Core development experience in a team
environment
8+ years of experience in troubleshooting complex technical
issues
4 years of experience in leading a team and mentoring junior
developers
Availability for night and weekend support for code deployments
