Job Description:
A company is looking for a Python Development Lead to design,
develop, and maintain software components for their log management
solution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Python-based
software components
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software
requirements and development strategies
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Python developers
through code reviews and architectural discussions
Required Qualifications
At least 7-10 years of experience in software development, focusing
on Python
Extensive hands-on experience in Python, including designing and
developing complex applications
Strong expertise in Python frameworks such as Django, Celery, and
FastAPI
Proficiency in working with SQL and NoSQL databases, data
processing pipelines, and message queues
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps
principles
