Job Description:
Job Description BAE Systems is seeking Scrum Master to join our
team located at Fort Belvoir, Virginia supporting Enterprise Cloud
Management Agency (ECMA) efforts to implement the architecture,
required services, and facilitate adoption of Army Cloud (cARMY)
services. The program provides Information Technology services and
technical subject matter expertise (SME) to support overall
strategy and migration to cARMY environment that currently includes
Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure clouds at IL 2, 4, 5 and
6.The successful candidate will be responsible for performing tasks
across the Project Management processes of initiating, organizing,
integrating, planning, managing & controlling, developing and
completing projects. Track progress to financial, schedule, and
technical performance objectives. Implements agile industry best
practices and establish the appropriate agile meetings to sprint
planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, sprint
retrospectives, release planning, issue-tracking, and reporting to
effectively meet Government-prioritized requirements. Required
Education, Experience, & Skills
Minimum of 2 years experience as a
Scrum Master, preferably supporting US Army, DoD, or Federal
programs. Bachelor's Degree and 8+years working experience, may
substitute experience for education such as High School graduate
with 12+ years of experience; candidates with Armed Forces courses,
extensive certification, and additional experience are highly
encouraged to apply.Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certificationDoDM
8140.03 (former DoD 8570.01-M) Intermediate qualification (e.g.
Security+ CA) within 6 months of starting position Must be located
within 75 miles of ECMA at Ft. Belvoir, VA.Preferred Education,
Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Information
Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or
Computer Science.ITILv4 Foundation Agile Certified Practitioner
(PMI-ACP) Certification or comparable Agile certificationPay
InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $126610 - $215270Please note:
This range is based on our market pay structures. However,
individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors
including, but not limited to: business considerations, local
market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate
qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Employee
