Job Description:
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Developer/Subject Matter
Expert (SME).
Key Responsibilities
Implement the full software development lifecycle for ServiceNow
custom applications and capabilities
Create and manage workflows, business rules, and scripts while
configuring the application User Interface (UI)
Collaborate with business users to understand and document business
processes and provide technical expertise
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
field from an accredited institution
At least 3 years of ServiceNow development experience
At least 5 years of platform development experience using HTML,
CSS, JavaScript, Java, or other programming languages
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and familiarity with
ITSM principles
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
