As a Product Technical Support Supervisor in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the IBPE Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include:
  • Working interactively with suppliers, customers, and peers to develop strong relationships that lead to collaborative performance to meet business and industry needs
  • Ensuring effective performance of the product technical support team by defining and monitoring goals, objectives and standards of performance in alignment with NPC, IBPE, and IB-A strategic objectives and goals
  • Developing and/or administering technical standards and procedures for the assigned work group, ensuring adherence to government, organization, and customer requirements.This position requires occasional/sporadic travel. Like you, we want a brighter future.Your Total Rewards PackageThe range of base salary for the position is between $97,000 - $131,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits.
