Senior Technical Project Manager
How You'll Contribute
The Senior Technical Project Manager (STPM) reports to the
Director, Data Operations, and works closely with the Director,
Data Ops and Senior Director, Data Products to manage the daily
operations of the internal and external technical teams and
partners for Technology projects. The STPM will also manage and
implement the technology planning process. The STPM will meet
regularly with external teams and the NGS Technology team members,
scheduling and tracking the movement of project work across
technical disciplines including concepting, design/layout,
production, integration, implementation, and maintenance of
technology solutions. The STPM will coordinate and manage internal
client feedback communicating needs to vendors to ensure an
effective and focused project. The STPM will source, identify, and
manage vendor's efforts to ensure competitive pricing, while
maintaining quality and consistency. The STPM should be well versed
in the most current technology trends including CRMs, Agile
Methodology, data mesh, data governance, AI, etc.

What You'll Bring
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Project Management or
related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Minimum Years and Type of Experience
A minimum of 8 years of experience managing projects in the
information technology field, including 5 years of progressively
responsible professional experience with technical projects
managing the development and integration of data systems, CRMs,
data platforms, and data analytics capabilities in an enterprise
organization.
Necessary Knowledge and Skills
Highly organized, with experience in developing and maintaining
large, complex technical projects and schedules. Superb
communication and interpersonal skills. Capacity to work
independently and in teams as required. Ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, pay close attention to
detail. Requires experience and knowledge of Agile and scrum
methodologies, data analysis. Experience with Salesforce CRM is a
plus.
Supervision
Contract staff as needed.
Salary Information
The salary range for this position is $140,600 - $148,000.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
