Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and
recruitment strategies
Required Qualifications
Experience in strategic sourcing and attracting candidates
Proven skills in interview coordination and management
Ability to manage offer processes and facilitate negotiations
Familiarity with AI-driven recruitment technologies is a plus
HR or recruitment-related certifications are beneficial
