Job Description:
A company is looking for a Personal Lines Customer Service
Representative to assist customers with inquiries and account
servicing.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of incoming phone calls and chat inquiries
while providing excellent customer service
Assist customers in servicing accounts and respond to inquiries in
a timely manner
Navigate online carrier platforms and assist customers in using
them
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related
experience and/or training
Proficient with MS Office
Exceptional telephone demeanor
Working knowledge of carrier websites (preferred)
Experience with Agency Management Software Systems (preferred)
