Current coverage area: Eastern territory of Richmond

In this role, you will support your patients by providing direct care and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure that both patients and their families have an optimal care experience. Responsibilities:
Conduct appropriate evaluations, assess home environment and identify equipment needs relative to speech/language function
Identify functional speech defects and establish a plan of care to improve patient's function
Administer speech therapy program utilizing specialized therapeutic technique and/or equipment and recommend communication devices/aids as indicated
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Participate in case conference as required
Ensure compliance with all state and federal legal and regulatory requirements
Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology with current licensure to practice in state of operation
1+ year experience in Speech Language Pathology
Home health experience preferred
Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence
