In addition to ensuring departmental compliance with regulatory and JCAHO requirements, you will initiate and document patient teaching including family and/or significant others.   • As the Clinical Coordinator, you will manage personnel in the accomplishment of designated goals and the provision of nursing care and services.
  • You will implement cost-effective strategies in staffing and supply management decisions
  • You must assist our staff in providing patient care and services as needed
  • Evaluating effectiveness of care in producing desired patient outcomes is a key responsibility
  • Your role will also monitor and adhere to annual hospital operating budget as well as implement cost-effective strategies in staffing and supply management decisionsWhat qualifications you will need:
    
    • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing(MSNpreferred)
      
      • Current Registered Nurse license in Virginia or a compact license
        
        • Current BLS& ACLScertification
