- Job Details
- Job Summary: RN position in the Emergency Room at TriCities Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare.
- Job Overview: Responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
  - Job Requirements
  - Must have strong IV skills for adults and pediatrics.
  - Excellent communication skills required.
  - Preferred: Trauma experience, TNCC certification.
  - Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS.
    - Schedule Information
    - Every other weekend required.
    - At least 1 Friday and 1 Monday of a 4-week schedule.
      - Unit Specific Information
      - Unit Guidelines: Team player, energetic, professional, and respectful to patients and team members.
        
        Additional Details
        
        Unit Information: ER with 22 beds and approximately 50 staff members.
        
        Patient Ratios: 1:4.
        
        Type of equipment: Phillips & GE Monitors, Level 1 Rapid Infuser.
        
        EMR: Meditech (EDM).
