Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency. Schedule patient appointments following established protocols to optimize provider schedules. Address patient inquiries and concerns with clarity and compassion. Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and medical staff. Verify and process medical insurance information. Assist with patient registration, including obtaining necessary forms and entering demographic/payment details. Perform general office tasks as needed to support smooth operations.
