You'll be part of the group responsible for building exciting conversational AI products that will transform recruiting as an industry and as a function. This is probably the most significant challenge facing recruiters today and a key focus area for SmartRecruiters in their journey to create a delightful hiring experience.This is a high-impact role that'll demand strong product management chops, people skills, as well as domain knowledge in Artificial Intelligence - most specifically understanding nuances of generative AI. • Build empathetic conversational AI products using the power of LLMs
• Visualise high-level user flows to proactively identify dependencies on various teams owning individual domains with whom the conversational layer needs to interact
• Define the messaging and positioning of AI, alongside Product Marketing, and will work closely with commercial teams to enable bringing the features to market
• Effectively break high-level flows into granular specifications for execution and navigate between these two levels effortlessly
• Conduct user research together with your design partner and make informed choices on the immediate and upcoming roadmap
• Collaborate with other similar AI agents being built by others in the industry to achieve a holistic and collaborative multi-agent experience
• Hold yourself and the team accountable to achieving customer outcomes; align around measurable metrics
• Engage in active listening to customers while possessing the critical acumen to make strategic product decisions aligned with the broader vision
• Be the voice of your product area; inspire team members and stakeholders of the impact and opportunity aheadQualifications
  • Proven experience in product management with solid fundamentals (SaaS or B2B experience is necessary)
  • Experience in building conversational AI experience is a must to be successful in the position
  • Specific experience building AI agents that execute on behalf of users is and HRTech experience is a big bonus
  • Maturity in managing stakeholders - leadership, external partners, and GTM conversations
  • Good grasp of UX and discovery process
  • Great understanding of user behaviour and conversion metrics
  • Ability to collaborate, identify dependencies, and navigate across multiple teams on complex projects
  • Aspiration to be an excellent colleague and teammate
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate product direction, strategy, and roadmap to both technical and non-technical audiences

We utilize a data-driven approach in order to remove biases in our decisions. The pay range for this role in the US is $139,500 - $168,300. We're open to hiring a Staff Product Manager - budget flexible up to $187K,000 USD based on experience. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, and certifications. The listed pay range reflects the available annual salary budgeted for a new hire into this role. Employee salaries may extend above or below the listed range. Depending on level and location of hire, the role may be determined to be Exempt or Salaried Non-Exempt.
