As a Project Management, you will:

Job Details:
Overseas and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Knowledge
Contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards. Considered expert in field within the organization. Demonstrates the skill and ability to perform complex tasks. Able to communicate effectively and clearly present technical approaches and findings.
Problem Solving
Develop solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation.
Ensures solutions are consistent with organization objectives.
Discretion / Latitude
Most assignments are complex and performed independently without appreciable direction. Exercises
considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment.
Impact
Effects of decisions are long-lasting and heavily influence the future course of the organization. Errors in judgment or failure to achieve results would result in the expenditure of large amounts of company resources as well as problems with customer satisfaction.
Liaison:
Serves as consultant to management and special external spokesperson for the organization on major
matters pertaining to its policies, plans, and objectives. Acts as an advisor to senior management and
Education:
Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in related field with Minimum 10 Years of Experience



Required:
Has previous DOD major program execution experience
Has completed at least one or several major DOD Acquisition programs
Experience with NAVSEA contracts is desired
Experience with complicated depot level ship maintenance is desired
Budget maintenance and reconciliation/variance analysis required
Earned Value Management & variance analysis experience required
Profit/Loss and Annual Operating plan experience
Critical Path and Float schedule analysis skills
Labor forecasting (Labor Resource Management) skills
Expert MS-office skills
Pivot tables/Data Filtering/Grouping
Labor Plan vs. Actual charting/analysis
Data Analysis skills - be able to relate to management developing trends
Excellent Customer relations - specifically to build professional relationships with customer counterparts

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Salary Range*: $55 - 60 Per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
