The center operates in a high-efficiency model emphasizing safety, speed, and patient comfort.Position SummaryThe ASC Nursing Manager provides clinical and administrative leadership to ensure the delivery of outstanding ambulatory surgical care in a streamlined and supportive setting.Main Tasks

• Oversee daily operations and patient flow in the ASC
• Lead staffing, education, and engagement of the nursing team
• Collaborate with OR, pre-op, PACU, and administrative teams
• Ensure compliance with ASC regulations and hospital policies
• Monitor quality metrics and continuous improvement projects

    Qualifications
    
    Required:
    • RN license in DC or eligibility
    • BLS and ACLS (AHA)
    • 5+ years in surgical nursing settings, 1+ year in managementPreferred:
      • BSN required, MSN preferred
      • CNOR or CAPA certification
