Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Credit to manage a team
of Credit Resolution professionals in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team to ensure a positive work environment and
meet departmental goals
Oversee the resolution of complex Business and Commercial at-risk
credits and ensure compliance with policies
Provide strategic guidance for effective resolution strategies to
maximize return on assets
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of experience in Commercial Credit
management, or a High School Diploma/GED with 14 years of
experience
Experience in credit analysis and financial analysis
Proven management experience in a commercial credit environment
Ability to interpret and analyze financial information for complex
companies
Familiarity with technology and risk mitigating tools
