Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Jewish Experience
to oversee all aspects of LiNK Jewish Buffalo.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic planning and visioning for engagement efforts,
ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Oversee programmatic, operational, and staff functions, including
donor solicitation and volunteer partnerships
Build and maintain relationships with diverse community members and
organizations to foster collaboration
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent
work experience
6+ years of experience in Jewish professional leadership or
education
Deep expertise in Jewish education, culture, and customs
Strong ability to connect with and inspire individuals across
various age groups
Skilled in providing mentorship and guidance for staff and
volunteers
