Servtech is looking for a hardworking, dedicated, and driven Assistant Crew Manager at the Langley AFB Commissary. The Assistant Crew Manager performs duties personally or supervises employees.

High school graduate
Supervisory or Management experience (required)
Ability to work independently.
Exemplary Customer Service experience
Prior experience managing a crew of at least 10 people.
Prior experience in custodial or grocery industry including Stocking, Warehouse, Janitorial Preferred but not required.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Work evenings



Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Performing the following duties personally or supervising employees performing these duties:

Lead and oversee employees performing custodial, stocking, and warehouse tasks.
Develop work schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficiency.
Conduct 16 quality control (QC) inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
Manage scheduling, performance evaluations, corrective action plans, and job postings.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and HR procedures.
Serve as the liaison with customer representatives and address inquiries or complaints.
Appropriately handle and report emergencies and employee incidents.
Perform administrative tasks, including end-of-day reports and documentation.
Be ready to assist with custodial, warehouse, and shelf-stocking duties as needed.
Observes workflow to ensure production standards are being met.
