The simulations offer students a real-world look at a wide variety of companies and career paths so they can make more informed choices after college.The Role in Brief:EAB is looking to hire an exceptional leader to grow Forage's student network. Our ambition is to become the premier way for motivated students to find great jobs by building and executing a student acquisition strategy.This is a 'player/coach' role - you will be leading a smart, hungry, and dedicated team while also contributing yourself. This is your opportunity to be at the forefront of building and executing on Forage's ambition to have the largest student job-seeking ecosystem globally.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Student acquisition strategy: Execute and develop our existing student acquisition strategy to become the primary destination for student jobseekers.
  • Data reporting: Track the performance of our student acquisition strategy and report findings to Forage's GM and the EAB executive team.
  • EAB network activation: Lead the execution of connecting EAB's network of +10 million students with our job simulations.
  • Classroom strategy: Integrate our job simulations into the higher education curriculum, working with institutions on onboarding and support.
  • Partnership execution: Liaise with the Strategy & New Ventures Team to increase student engagement with our simulations through partnerships.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with other functional leaders across Forage to support their objectives and achieve student acquisition goals.
  • Leadership strategy: Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to the overall commercial success of the business.Basic Qualifications:
    • 8-10+ years of professional experience.
    • 4+ years of experience working on complex, cross-functional projects.
    • 1+ years of managing a team while also contributing individually.
    • Experience using data to inform strategic decisions.
    • Understanding of the US higher education system and campus recruitment landscape.
    • Proven track record of working on complex projects involving internal and external stakeholders.
    • Ability to balance competing priorities while focusing on company metrics.Ideal Qualifications:
      • Experience in a technology business.
      • Familiarity with consumer acquisition channels.
      • Experience in originating and executing partnerships.
      • Commitment to diversity and inclusive practices.Compensation:The anticipated starting salary range for this role is $100,000 - $135,000 per year.
